Body Love Yoga – A Journey Home to Yourself

In a world where performance often takes precedence over presence, Mia Lehndal’s Body Love Yoga Training offers a deep and transformative path back to the body, to feeling, and to self-love. This training isn’t just for those who want to teach yoga – it’s for anyone longing to live more authentically, more presently, and more in touch with their body.

What is Body Love Yoga?

Body Love Yoga is a tantric form of yoga that combines movement meditation with deep relaxation and somatic exploration. It’s about rediscovering the body’s natural way of moving, awakening dormant muscles, and allowing the body to express its authentic flow. By balancing yin and yang, you gain access to more of your innate capacity – both on the mat and in life.

The training is built on the principle that true self-love begins with intimacy with the body. Here, you learn to listen, soften, and be with your body just as it is – in every moment. It’s a path to inner peace, sensuality, and integrity.

A testimonial from a former participant

Fanny Erlandsson, who completed the training, shares her experience:

“Body Love Yoga is soft, honest, and intimate. It has given me the opportunity to explore the relationship between body, mind, and self – and everything in between.”

“What still surprises me is how delightful it feels to soften. Not to force or challenge the body, but to listen, soften, and be intimate with it with my full attention. It still brings me to tears sometimes.”

“I’ve come to know my body in a completely new way. And I’ve learned that everything I need is already within me. Joy, desire, sorrow, love – it’s all there, just a few soft breaths and movements away.”
