General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We care about your privacy. Our goal is for you to feel safe when you sign up for a course or event and provide personal information to us. In our role as personal data collector, we therefore ensure that applicable legislation for the protection of your data is complied with.
This privacy policy describes how and why we collect your personal data when you communicate and interact with us online. In short, we promise to keep your data safe and to only use the data we have for legitimate reasons.
This is how we use your information
We use your personal information to administrate and prepare courses and events and give you all information you need We use your contact information to give you information about upcoming courses and events.
What type of information do we collect?
Data that we handle are primarily name, email and telephone, ICE contact, special diet, arrival and carpool information.
Who have access to your information?
Your information is only handled by staff at Coachcom AB and we do not share your information with any other party.
Your rights
You have the right to request information at any time (free of charge once a year) about what personal data we have stored about you. Your request must be in writing and signed by hand and contain information about name and social security number. We need this to ensure that we disclose the information to the right person.
Send your request for extract from the register, information or correction of incorrect information to: Coachcom AB, Bellisgatan 4, 652 30 Karlstad, Sweden. The information will be sent to your registered address.
If the information we have about you is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request it to be corrected. We cannot delete data when there is a statutory requirement for storage, such as accounting rules. We can also not delete data when there are legitimate reasons why the data must be saved, such as unpaid debts.
You may at any time revoke your consent to allow us to use the information for sending you information about our courses and events.
You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Data Inspectorate, which is the supervisory authority for the processing of personal data.

Vi värnar om din integritet. Vårt mål är att du ska känna dig trygg när du är på kurs eller ett evenemang och lämnar ifrån dig personuppgifter till oss. I vår roll som personuppgiftsansvarig ser vi därför till att tillämplig lagstiftning om skydd för dina uppgifter följs. Du kan också när som helst vända dig till oss för att använda dig av dina rättigheter.
Så här använder vi dina uppgifter
Vi använder dina personuppgifter för att administrera och bereda kurs eller evenemang så att det ska bli så bra som möjligt för alla deltagare. Vi använder din kontaktinformation för att ge dig information om kommande kurser och evenemang.
Exempel på uppgifter vi hanterar
Uppgifter som vi hanterar är framförallt namn, epost och telefon, ICE-kontakt, specialdiet och ankomst- samt samåkningsinformation.
Dessa har tillgång till dina uppgifter
Dina uppgifter hanteras endast av personal på Coachcom AB och vi delar inte dina uppgifter med någon annan part.
Dina rättigheter
Du har rätt att när som helst (kostnadsfritt en gång om året) begära information om vilka personuppgifter vi har sparat om dig. Din begäran ska vara skriftlig och egenhändigt undertecknad samt innehålla uppgift om namn och personnummer. Detta behöver vi för att säkerställa att vi lämnar ut uppgifterna till rätt person.
Skicka din begäran om registerutdrag, information eller rättning av felaktiga uppgifter till: Coachcom AB. Informationen kommer att sändas till din folkbokföringsadress.
Om dina uppgifter hos oss är felaktiga, ofullständiga eller irrelevanta, kan du begära att få dem rättade. Vi kan inte radera uppgifter då det föreligger ett lagstadgat krav på lagring, som exempelvis bokföringsregler. Vi kan heller inte radera uppgifter när det finns legitima skäl till varför uppgifterna måste sparas, till exempel obetalda skulder.
Du kan när som helst återkalla ditt samtycke till att låta oss använda uppgifterna för marknadsföringsändamål.
Du har även rätt klaga till Datainspektionen, som är tillsynsmyndighet för behandling av personuppgifter.
