About the event
A deepening into love & intimacy. This retreat is an inquiry into what happens when we let go of the ”I love you - concept” and explore the universal love that is lingering within all of us. Often below the surface, often a bit hidden, maybe only shining through in our brightest moments. What if it is there all the time? We might just be to busy to notice...
In this retreat you will, together with your partner, explore how this universal love can be a vessel for your physical and non-physical love making and for your verbal and non-verbal communication. It starts with you primarily meeting yourself and secondarily meeting your partner. Because when you are deeply connected with yourself you have more to give. And not from a position of pleasing or pure lust, but from the deep being that you are, from love and abundance.
Tantra is an ancient wisdom path that invites us to live our lives fully in each moment. This path is not asking us to detach from our bodies but to fully engage with our bodies. Not to withdraw from life but to fully engage with life.
Tantra also gives guidance for sexual interaction where we are so collectively lost in modern society. We will be practicing how to make love in a way that increases love in a relationship.
You will be doing all the practice with the partner that you come with. We will be doing preparation in the course room and for more intimate practice you will go to your own room for privacy. You will not be asked to do anything you do not want to and everyone’s integrity is respected.
No previous experience is necessary. However if you have previous experience of tantra this retreat is likely to deepen your experience. A soft tantra yoga practice that everyone can participate in will be part of the retreat.
NOTE:
This workshop will be in English if requested, otherwise in Swedish
