Do you want to help give more people the amazing experience of Body Love Yoga?

The demand for Body Love Yoga is greater than I can meet alone. I sometimes travel to different cities to teach, but I don't have enough time for more traveling. The vision is that Body Love Yoga and Tantra Yoga should be offered both in larger cities and in smaller towns in Sweden in the first place. But if you live in another country, you are also welcome to be an ambassador for Body Love Yoga there.

Everything is based on you dedicating yourself to practicing yoga for a long time so that you can experience the long-term profound effects in your body and in life as a whole. The training includes an intensive week at our retreat center in Sweden, two weekend retreats and guidance from me in how to get started with your teaching.

My own path to teaching yoga has been a long and dedicated personal yoga practice and I recommend this to anyone who wants to pass it on. Therefore, the training takes place over a longer period of time so that you can really explore yoga in your own body. My way of leading yoga is through the body, my body speaks to the students' bodies, and that is what I will convey during the training.

After the training, you will become a certified Body Love Yoga teacher and, with some additional training in the form of your own practice, you can also become certified in Body Love Tantra Yoga and Yoni Egg Yoga after the training. When you are ready to teach, you can use the name Body Love Yoga/Tantra Yoga and be included on a joint website.

The intensive week in August
We meet for a whole week for a real immersion in body, mind & leadership.

Retreats
The training includes participation in two independent Body Love Yoga Retreats (weekend retreats Fri-Sun that have the word yoga in the title), in addition to the intensive week. You can start the training with these before the intensive week if you wish. See event calendar for dates of yoga retreats.

Price
Price 28 000 SEK (+ VAT for companies. Specify when registering if you want an invoice to a company). The price includes: The intensive week, 2 retreats, room & board, support from me in starting up your own teaching, Body Love Book and other course material. Possibility of interest-free installments is available.

Registration & Admission
Admission is on a rolling basis. This is also a leadership training where I convey the values that underpin my leadership in all the courses I teach. What do we need to be and do in order for people to receive in the most efficient way. Of course, it will also be a journey in deeper self-knowledge to participate in this process, where we help each other find direction and create opportunities for any challenges that arise along the way.

When you teach Body Love Yoga, you adapt the level of teaching to your own level and will attract just those students for whom that level is appropriate. So you can be very experienced or fairly new to yoga. What is absolutely crucial is that you have a commitment to yourself to walk your talk, that is, practice the yoga that you wish to teach.

NOTE! You can participate even if you do not intend to hold your own classes. It is a great opportunity to deepen and develop your own yoga practice.
